About the coins
- Every coin is a Token-2022 token, with its name, ticker and picture stored on the mint.
- All 1B coins are minted at launch, and minting is then switched off for good.
- Each coin's curve is a
woop_coreaccount holding the coin's quote and its unsold coins. After graduation, those same accounts become its WAMM pool. - Anyone can read a curve: what's in it, how many coins have sold, how much advance is still owed, the refund deadline and the creator lock.
How fees travel
- Trades. Every woopcurve or WAMM pool trade records its fee on the coin's curve, split between holders, the creator and funklaunch.
- The advance. The creator's cut pays back their launch advance first, and that part goes into the curve.
- Payouts. Anyone can trigger a payout, and funklaunch does so roughly every 10 minutes. The holders' share goes to the coin's treasury, the creator's to the creator and funklaunch's to funklaunch. The program fixes every destination.
- Holders. The treasury moves into the coin's
woop_rewardsvault, and holders are paid every hour.
Checking your payouts
Hold-to-earn payouts use Merkle claims, so you don't have to take our numbers on faith.
- Every period, a Merkle root is posted on-chain to
woop_rewards, committing to each holder's lifetime total. - Each leaf is one wallet and its total. A claim pays the difference between that total and what you've already claimed.
- The program checks your proof against the root, and a root can never promise more than the vault holds plus what's already been claimed.
- Anyone can submit a claim on a holder's behalf, but the money only ever goes to the holder's own token account.
To check your amount, rebuild your wallet's leaf from the proof the app gives you and verify it against the root on-chain.
